All Tatti products are developed and made in Haslev, Zealand. Every item goes through 50 carefully planned steps in the production process, ensuring the quality that denes the Tatti brand.

Materials

We’re picky about our materials! Every single piece of fabric goes through rigorous testing to make sure it can handle whatever you throw at it. We wash, dry, and iron it to perfection before it even gets near a sewing machine. Then, we use a high-tech laser cutter to create the perfect pieces for your vest. This process seals the edges, so you don’t have to worry about any loose threads. And to make sure it’s super comfy, we sew a soft binding around all the edges. The straps get the same VIP treatment. We start with huge rolls of fabric and use a special machine to cut them to the exact size we need.

Sewing

Alle de mange forskelle dele, der går til at skabe soveveste, puttehænder og gåseler bliver samlet i hånden. Vores team af professionelle syersker bruger altid programmerbare symaskiner til at lave perfekte, ensartede og stærke syninger. Hver af de 50 trin i vores proces bliver fulgt til punkt og prikke. Til slut bliver selerne syet sammen, vesten syes på selerne, vores mærkat sættes på. Sidste trin af den lange proces er selve kvalitetstesten.

Quallity Testing

Every step in a production process increases the risk of mistakes. That’s why we’ve developed our own quality testing setup, where we take samples for quality testing at every stage of the process.

Stitching is tested with a pull system.
Placement is measured continuously.
Materials are tested by washing, heat testing, spill testing, etc.
Finished products are also sampled for testing.

To guarantee the highest possible quality every time, our tests are based on the Danish Standard DS/EN 13210.

Pack & Send

We’re all about those personal touches! That’s why we pack every order ourselves. So you can be sure you’re getting exactly what you ordered, complete with instructions and everything. Your package is ready to ship as soon as you hit ‘buy,’ and we usually send it with GLS. Most deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days, but for some spots like Bornholm, it might take a bit longer.
