Payment
Tatti ApS accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or when the
virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:
Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
Tatti ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring
that your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.
Crown Bubble ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days in Denmark.
Tatti ApS ships products via the following carriers: GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between having the package sent without home delivery or with home delivery.
You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to
your home.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy applies to products purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed
upon or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are at your own expense.
A request for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be
received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal.
To use the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to mail@tatti.dk clearly stating your
intention to exercise this right.
Condition of the Product upon Return
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product due to handling beyond what is
necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function. This means that you may test the
product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and may have
reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive a partial
refund or no refund at all. It is up to Tatti ApS to assess the condition of the product.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided on all products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Tatti ApS within a reasonable
time after receiving the item.
A period of maximum two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reimburse reasonable shipping costs in case of valid warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect or improper use of the product.
Tatti ApS covers return shipping costs within reasonable limits.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent as cash on delivery (COD).
